How I Created My Blogging Binder

Anyone who knows me would know that I absolutely love to be organised and I love to make lists. So it should be no surprise that I have created a binder to organise all of my blogging info.

SYLO - steps2

At the end of 2013 I decided to focus on organising my life this year, and February is the month of budget and filing! I also endeavoured to revamp my household binder and create a blogging binder. Follow along with my Sort Your Life Out Series to see what else I am organising over the coming months.

I have only just started using my blogging binder and I have already found it really helpful for keeping me organised and saving myself some time (especially the password log sheet which is also in my household binder that I am sharing later this month).

The sheets I have made up include:

  • PR/Brands
  • Password Log
  • Post Ideas
  • Post Planner
  • Social Media Checklist
  • Conferences/Events
  • Stats
  • Blog Schedule
  • Link Up Schedule
  • Editorial Calendar
  • Sponsors

My social media checklist even has a spot where you can write five things you’re grateful for that day. Anyone who has visited Me and My Ready Made Family (in particular My Gratitude (b)Log) will know how important I think being grateful is! So important that I incorporate it into my daily routine.

You can download the whole bunch of printables

for FREE >>>here<<<

I’d love some feed back if you’d like to send me an email or contact me via social media and let me know if you found these helpful or if there is anything you would add or use regularly in your binder.

Do you use a binder to help organise your life?

Follow along with my Sort Your Life Out in 12 months Series to get some great tips and free printables to help organise your home. I’d love you to join in, no matter what area you are organising. Share your blog posts on my link up on the last Friday of every month, or share your pics all month long using the hashtag #oneareaatatime

  1. I did the same thing earlier this year, decided to get things organised. I’m prone to scribbling down notes and random thoughts on any little piece of paper I can find in the moment. At the end of the week I’ve got a handbag full of papers that don’t seem to make any sense anymore. Not fun! So I hunted around for some organisation printables, blogging folder included. I’m still tweaking mine so I will enjoy checking out your creation!

    • Oh I do the same thing, Hope! I love making lists, but sometime they can be our enemy too.
There are so many great printables out there and I think having a folder can help you so much to corral all of your great ideas and information in one place

    • I’m with you! I have a hubby whose idea of filing is a plastic bag crammed with paperwork. Not pretty.
Half of my paperwork ends up with stains from food and drink spills. Occupational hazard I guess, having a family lol.
      Thanks for visiting Jody 🙂

    • Oh, please use it! You will wonder what you ever did without it. I have been using a household binder for over a year now and it is amazing how helpful they can be.

    • Thanks for having me!
Yep, so so true. I am a list maker and I end up finding all of these random lists and notes to myself around the house and in my handbag. The binder helps my sanity that’s for sure xox

  2. Sheridan, your new site looks fabulous – I love it! Thanks for sharing these tips, you are an organisational genius! I haven’t forgotten about SYLO either, I have two draft posts waiting to be shared with the world – I just need to get, you guessed it, organised!! 🙂
Thanks for linking up with #BOTW

    • Thank you so much!
Haha my to do list only seems to grow Jaz. Getting organised is the hardest part!
There will be another link up this Friday. I hope to see you there 🙂
Thanks for having me at #BOTW xox
